Cancellation regulations apply to all our packages/services, booked up to 6 months before the trip. Cancellation of packages/services is possible up to 1 week before the start of the tour package. Therefore, 10% will be returned to the customer on the specified value of the package. The full price  needs to be issued 6 months before the start of the package.

Up to 5 days after payment has been made, the total amount of the package will be refunded.

Up to 40 days before the start of activities, cancellation is possible. 10% of the value of the customer service will be refunded.
